Data Deletion Instructions

At Podozone, we value your privacy and provide a simple way for you to request the deletion of your data collected through our Facebook or Instagram applications.

Option 1: Request via Email

Send an email to bilgi@podozone.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Please include the following information in your email:

Your full name
The phone number you used during your interaction with our bot

Our team will process your request and delete your data from our CRM and database within 30 days, notifying you once the process is complete.

Option 2: Meta Platform Settings

Go to your Facebook/Instagram Profile's "Settings & Privacy."

Click on "Apps and Websites."

Find the app associated with "Podozone" or our service.

Click the "Remove" button.

(Optional) If available, click on "View Details" and select "Send Request" to notify us of your deletion request through the platform.

What Happens When Data Is Deleted?

Once your data is deleted, we will no longer have access to your phone number or appointment history associated with the bot. You will need to re-register and verify your phone number if you wish to use our automated appointment services again in the future.
