By accessing or using the Omnibotum automated messaging services provided by Lorens Sağlık Güzellik Danışmanlık Tic. Ltd. Şirketi (“Podozone,” “we,” or “us”) via Meta platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram) and WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our automated services.

Podozone provides an automated messaging chatbot to help users schedule, manage, and receive reminders for appointments at our foot health clinic. The bot also requires identity verification through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS.

• You agree to provide accurate and current information (such as your legal name and active phone number) when interacting with our bot.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any OTP sent to your mobile device.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, spamming, or transmitting malicious code.

Your use of our automated service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data (including sending SMS messages via our provider, Verimor) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to keep our bot operational 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the chatbot service at any time without prior notice.

Podozone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our automated messaging services, including missed appointments due to technical failures or user error.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
