- Contact Data: Phone number (used for identity verification via OTP and appointment notifications).
- Communication Data: Messages sent to our bot to facilitate appointment scheduling and customer support.

- 1To verify your identity via One-Time Password (OTP) sent through our SMS provider.
- 2To schedule, manage, and remind you of appointments at our foot health clinic.
- 3To provide customer support and answer your inquiries regarding our services.

We do not sell your personal data. To provide our services, we share necessary data with:
- Verimor: Our authorized SMS service provider in Turkey, used to send OTP and appointment notifications under the “Podozone” sender title.
- Cloud CRM Providers: Your data is stored in our integrated CRM system hosted on secure cloud servers to manage patient records and appointments.
- Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.
